Dear friends,
My agent, Tam Martin, is currently accepting bookings for spring 2009. Please contact her if you are interested in booking an event. My work has always depended on the support of social change movements and community rather than big record companies and corporations. It has been a wonderful way to live and to work and I thank those of you who have been part of that support. Often you ask what you can do to help, so here's how. Email your friends and alert them to my site, the concerts, and to the new CDs. Especially pass the word to people who might not know there is such a thing as political music that speaks to people's lives. Music is a good way to open conversations with people new to political activism. Often times, change starts with a song. If you have old posters, letters, photos, etc. from concerts/events in which I have been involved, please send to Schlesinger Library. More info at archiving link in Art and Activism section. |
